ASSEMBLY TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 1. Two-man installation is a specialized service that involves the use of two professional installers to finish the installation job. This service is designed to provide a convenient and hassle-free delivery experience for customers, particularly those who have ordered heavy, bulky, or fragile items that require extra care during the installation process. Unlike normal delivery services, two-man installation services do not require the buyer’s assistance to complete the installation.
• 2. Please contact the store for an installation quote for over 100 km. The distance is calculated from our local store to the address you would like to have installed.
• 3. Generally, our waiting period will be approximately 2 – 3 weeks after the full payment has been received. Please note that NO additional shipping charges will be applied if you have purchased the assembly service. This term does not apply to unpredictable and unexpected circumstances. Please contact the local store for further details.
• 4. Customers will be asked to provide FREE parking for up 6 hours or be charged an additional parking fee if unable to provide it.
• 5. Please note that our installation service will only be carried out on the ground floor. Please contact the local store for more details.
• 6. Please make sure that everything is ready when the installers arrive. If installers couldn’t start their work at once due to customer’s problem or customers change their minds at the last minute, a $79 reschedule fee will apply accordingly.
• 7. This service does not include removing your previous item. Please remove the item and clean the place before the installers arrive. If you need to remove anything, please email us in advance. If you don’t notify us before installation, installers have the right to refuse installation at that time. Extra calling-out fees will apply accordingly.
