Depending on the situation, we will endeavour to complete the repairs at your home. However if we find some jobs require longer hours or days we may request permission to take your product back to our warehouse before returning it back to you.
If item has any damage that needs the replacement of broken parts, there may be a cost associated with the repair. Our technician will confirm the total costs for replacement.
